Park at Wimberly

Envision Homes continues to establish itself in the NW Apex area with our fourth residential project, The Park at Wimberly, set to break ground in the coming weeks. Recently featured in the Triangle Business Journal, the project uniquely borders the future Town of Apex park and designates donated land for Public Service Station #6 — a combination fire and police station.

The Park at Wimberly consists of 130 lots, 75 townhomes built by Envision Homes, and 55 single-family homes built by Ashton Woods. The two-story townhomes include a larger option with a two-car garage starting in the upper $500,000s, and a select amount of a smaller options will be built starting in late 2024 (at which time pricing will be determined).
